All prices are in CHF unless otherwise stated.

5. Appointment bookings
Agreed appointments are binding.
Free cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
In case of cancellations or postponements less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as in case of no-shows, the provider reserves the right to charge the full amount for the appointment, provided this is reasonable.
6. Delivery of digital content
If digital content is offered, delivery is usually electronic (e.g. via download or email).
The customer is responsible for meeting the technical requirements.
7. Right of withdrawal
A right of withdrawal exists only if this is required by law.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for services that have already been provided or for digital content.
8. Liability
The provider is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Copyright
All content on this website (texts, images, graphics, etc.) is subject to copyright.
Use without explicit permission is not permitted.
